Terms of Service
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of viralx.in, the client portal and the services of ViralX Studio (“ViralX”, “we”). By using them you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We produce launch films, AI video, 3D renders, reels, ad creatives and related content. The scope, formats, timeline and revision rounds for each project are set out in a written quote or statement of work agreed with you.
2. Accounts
You’re responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
3. Quotes & payment
Prices are quoted per project. Unless the quote says otherwise, work starts after an advance is paid, and the balance is due before final masters are released. Taxes are extra where applicable. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Ownership
On full payment, you own the final delivered films and renders for the agreed use. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, pipelines and pre-existing materials, and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
5. Your materials
You confirm you have the rights to anything you give us (logos, product files, music, footage) and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights. You grant us a licence to use it to produce your project.
6. Generative tools
Parts of our pipeline use generative AI. We direct and review all output, but generative results can vary, and we’ll tell you where such tools are used on your project. We don’t knowingly use your confidential material to train public models.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site or our services for anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful, and don’t attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
8. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have elsewhere.
