Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every project is custom work, so refunds depend on how far the project has progressed. Here is how it works.
Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin production, we refund the advance in full, less any payment-processing fees.
After work starts

| Concept & script | Refund of the advance less the script stage cost |
| Storyboard & look | Refund of the advance less the work completed, and you keep the storyboard |
| Production & post | No refund of completed stages. You may collect the work completed so far |
| Master delivered | No refund. The project is complete |
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Extra rounds are quoted separately. Revisions are for changes within the agreed brief and not for changing the concept after approval.
If we miss what we promised
If we don’t deliver what the quote describes, we’ll fix it at no cost. If we can’t, we refund the affected part of the project.
How to request one
Email support@viralx.in with your project name. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
